| Three New Postulants Join the Alexian Brothers |

| On June 6th, 2009, the Congregation of Alexian Brothers, and the St. Louis Community, received Thomas Klein, (Waukesha, Wisconsin), Mark Tari, (Surprise, Arizona), and John Galbo, (Buffalo, New York) into the Postulancy Program during a special vespers service lead by Brother Warren Longo, C.F.A., Postulant Director. |

| The three Postulants come from a very diverse background. Mark Tari has worked as a R.N. in the emergency room, telemetry, ICU, trauma, medical/surgical nursing and has been a Supervisor. Tom Klein is an accomplished musician who has played in bands and non-denominational worship services and has also worked in sales for many years. John Galbo has worked in collections, managed care counselor and has done volunteer work with the elderly. The Postulants will have a week of orientation which will include a 3 day retreat. The following week they will take a course at Paul VI Institute on ‘The History of the Church.’ On June 22nd, they begin volunteering in ministry at Alexian Brothers Sherbrooke Village with the elderly. Their Postulancy program lasts 6 months, when they will enter into the Novitiate Program. |
